How We Started
B's Effort Changing Counseling was established in 2018 in Salisbury, North Carolina. Lanesha Price and Chanelle Delima are sisters and Co-Founders of B's Effort Changing Counseling. Both, Lanesha and Chanelle are Licensed Clinical Social Workers who have a passion on helping educate individuals in their community on Mental Health Awareness. In 2021, Lanesha and Chanelle expanded to Charlotte, NC where they have continued their passion on assisting individuals/families through their healing process. Bs Effort Changing Counseling has evolved from two sisters who desired to aid in assisting the community to address mental health stigmas. B's Effort Changing Counseling currently has additional clinicians to provide services in Salisbury, Charlotte and surrounding areas who share their same vision.
Misson
Our mission is to provide a safe environment by creating a relaxed and professional experience for adults, couples, families, children and adolescents. We will "Bee" there to provide assistance in your journey to healing. The hopes is through this professional experience you will "Bee" a better you.
The lesson of the bumble bee is to become focused. Whether to awaken us into the moment, or to teach us to become fully engaged in our creative endeavors, the key is to focus with intention and be single-minded in purpose. The bee also shows us that all life is interdependent. -unknown
