Meet The Owners:

Lanesha Price, CEO MSW, LCSW, LCAS-A, CSOTP -SALISBURY/TELEHEALTH

Lanesha Price is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and LCAS-A. She received a BSW from North Carolina A&T University and a MSW from University of South Carolina.  She is a native of Salisbury, NC.  She is passionate about assisting each individual with developing their strengths and effective coping skills to promote a healthier lifestyle.  She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and many other areas of mental health. She has over ten years of experience in the mental health field.  She enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. Lanesha also does volunteer work and speaking engagements at teen pregnancy centers/prevention settings in her off-duty hours.

Chanelle Delima, CEO LCSW, LSSW, CSOTP -SALISBURY/TELEHEALTH

Chanelle Delima is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from University of Memphis and her Masters of Social Work from University of Tennessee. She is a Salisbury, North Carolina native and loves the community where she lives. 

She has over ten years’ experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families in the community, home and school settings. She has a great desire to assist each individual with any struggle they may be facing. She is passionate about educating about symptoms while assisting individuals and families with the skills to promote healthy habits. She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and many other areas of mental health. She enjoys spending time with her loving husband and children. She also enjoys volunteering with local groups providing support for 

children and families in need.

IRMA CASTRO-VErGARA (BILINGUAL- Charlotte/telehealth

 

Irma Castro-Vergara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of vulnerable populations.

With extensive experience working with families and diverse communities, Irma is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Fluent in Spanish, Irma is committed to serving individuals from all backgrounds and ensuring that language and cultural differences are never barriers to the support and care clients need.

Irma enjoys quality time with her nieces and nephew, as well as traveling to new destinations.

Jaquan Brooks- LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER ASSOCIATE (LCSWA) CHARLOTTE/TELEHEALTH

 Jaquan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. He earned his Master's degree from Walden University.  His moto is: Life can become overwhelming and so can talking to a therapist. He commends you on taking the initiative and being proactive in finding someone to vent and talk to about your current or past life. Transitioning people from one state to another, whether it be mentally, physically, spiritually, or financially is my main focus! I am passionate about serving children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, defiant behaviors, and many other mental health concerns. In addition, playing sports at a high level has allowed me to gain clinical expertise on mental health in sports. Providing therapy to athletes on every level is another key aspect of my therapy. Over my years in the mental health field, building strong rapport and transparency in my therapeutic relationships has allowed my clients to improve substantially.

Priscilla Sweitzer, Licensed Clinical Social worker Associate (LCSWA) -Salisbury/CHARLOTTE/TELEHEALTH

Priscilla Sweitzer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate.She received her Bachelor of Social Work from UNC- Greensboro and her Master of Social Work from UNC- Charlotte. Priscilla also obtained an Early Childhood Mental Health graduate certificate from UNC- Charlotte. She has a passion for meeting clients where they are and utilizing different modalities to help the client meet their goals. Priscilla has had experience with individuals who have faced different levels of trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and other mental health areas. Priscilla has experience with children and adolescents in a structured setting, and adults in the community. Her goal is to foster an environment that allows clients to become the best version of themselves. She enjoys working with veterans and serving on multiple committees in the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her puppy.

Sandra James Saunders Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)-Charlotte/Telehealth

Sandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. Sandra received her Bachelors and master's from University of Kansas.  As a practicing psychotherapist, I not only am available to assist you in your efforts to ensure you provide the necessary “me time,” I am here to aid you in creating the personal space you desire for the overall mental, physical, and emotional betterment of you and significant others involved in your life. Sandra will take the time to listen and gain an understanding of where you are and where you would like to be. In fact, you can refer to me as your cheerleader-as I root for you to accomplish what you need for you to not only feel but be your best. Chelsey Farmer Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (Lcmhca)-Charlotte/Telehealth

Chelsey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. She has worked in the behavioral health field for 10 years supporting families, children and adolescents, and adults in various capacities. Chelsey works primarily with children and adolescents, adult females, and elders working to address women's issues (self-esteem/self-worth, codependency), racial & historical trauma, behavioral concerns (ODD & antisocial behaviors) amongst children and adolescents, parent-child conflict, anxiety, and depression. She also enjoys providing an avenue for psychoeducation within religious settings. Chelsey lives by the Serenity Prayer as she navigates the complexities of life and will encourage you to find your own personal motto for motivation as she supports you. Chelsey’s utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches in session that best meet the needs of my client’s presenting concerns; allowing her clients to set goals for the changes they desire to make to improve their quality of life. When Chelsey is not working, she enjoys running 5ks and traveling.

Jasmine Peebles Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate-Salisbury/Telehealth

Jasmine Peebles, LCSWA, holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pfeiffer University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Winthrop University. A native of Petersburg, Virginia, Jasmine has spent the past two decades in the vibrant Queen City. She is deeply committed to serving senior citizens and empowering women entering the transformative second phase of their lives.

With extensive experience supporting both the elderly and their caregivers, as well as children within the foster care system, Jasmine brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. In her leisure time, she enjoys the tranquility of nature walks, staying active through exercise, immersing herself in cultural festivals, and indulging in leisurely entertainment.

Guided by her personal credo, “All I have is the truth,” Jasmine is dedicated to assisting individuals in discovering their own truths and navigating life’s journey with authenticity and purpose.

Mattia Mitchell Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate-Salisbury/Telehealth

 

Mattia Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her degree in Psychology at East Carolina University and her Master's degree in Social Work from University of Denver. Mattia is compassionate and dedicated to providing support to individuals struggling with depression and anxiety across the lifespan, ages 13 and up. Her approach is centered on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate life's challenges. 

Influenced by cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based and commitment therapies, Mattia works collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and cultivate resilience. Mattia believes in the importance of acknowledging the unique circumstances and strengths that each individual brings to the therapeutic process. 

Whether you're a teenager grappling with academic pressure and social anxiety or an adult facing depression and life transitions, Mattia is committed to providing the guidance and support you need to move towards a more fulfilling life. 

When she is not in the office, Mattia enjoys painting and drawing, reading her latest fantasy find or enjoying time with friends and family.

Quanitta Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Walden University. She is a native to Salisbury, NC.  She is passionate about assisting each individual with developing their strengths and effective coping skills to promote a healthier lifestyle. She works mostly with school aged 7 and up. She also has experience working with adolescents, and adults with many diverse backgrounds and ethic groups.  She enjoys working with and supporting her community by volunteering with local groups providing support for children and families in need. Destiny Lowman- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate-Salisbury/Telehealth

 

  

 

Destiny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a passion for helping individuals navigate through life's challenges and achieve personal growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Destiny furthered her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Clinical specialization from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she honed her skills in therapeutic techniques and clinical practice.

In addition to her academic background, Destiny is a Certified Safety Care Trainer, underscoring her commitment to providing safe, effective, and trauma-informed care. She has experience working with a diverse range of individuals and populations. Prior to becoming an LCSWA, Destiny worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she provided specialized support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, tailoring her approach to each individual’s unique needs.

When not working, Destiny enjoys spending quality time with her family and beloved pups. She is also an avid explorer, finding joy in trying new experiences, including traveling to new destinations and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Destiny is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves and looks forward to continuing her journey as a compassionate and skilled clinician.
